Pink gazpacho

Recipe serves 2-4
Preparation time: 10 min.

To make the gazpacho, you will need:

  • 2 short-fruited cucumbers; 
  • 1 larger tomato; 
  • ½ onion; 
  • 1-2 garlic cloves;
  • 1 chili pepper; 
  • 200 g Napoletana Italian-style Sauce with Vegetables;
  • 1 can of tomatoes;
  • 3 Tbsp. natural sour cream; 
  • 250 mL natural vegetable broth;
  • Pinch of organic sugar; 
  • Pinch of chili flakes; 
  • Pinch of salt and pepper mixture;
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish); 
  • 1 tsp. olive oil; 
  • 2-3 classic crackers.


Chop the cucumber and tomato into small cubes and put them in a bowl. Divide the remaining tomato, onion and chili pepper into several parts and chop the cucumber. Put the chopped vegetables, Kėdainių Konservai Napoletana Italian-style Sauce with Vegetables, canned tomatoes and natural sour cream in a blender. Add the natural vegetable stock, organic sugar and chili flakes. Blend everything. Place the diced cucumber and tomato in the middle of the bowl, sprinkle with the salt and pepper mixture, and garnish with basil leaves. Pour in the gazpacho from the sides; drizzle with olive oil and crumble the crackers on top.
