To make the salad, you will need:
- 400 g button mushrooms;
- 150 g uncooked buckwheat;
- 150 g lettuce leaves;
- 100 g nuts;
- Oil for sautéing.
For the hemp seed dressing:
- 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds;
- 1 garlic clove;
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon;
- Salt;
- 50 mL oil;
- Water to adjust the consistency of the dressing.
PREPARATION:
- Soak the nuts. Boil the buckwheat, keep warm. Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the button mushrooms quickly and thoroughly.
- Mash the hemp seed kernels with the garlic, salt, and lemon juice. At the end, add the oil and dilute with water to reach the desired consistency.
- Arrange the lettuce leaves, buckwheat, mushrooms, and nuts on a plate and cover with the dressing. .
