To make the fresh strawberry breakfast dessert, you will need:
- 200 g fresh strawberries;
- 200 g lean quark;
- 4–5 Tbsp. organic natural yoghurt;
- 1 tsp. organic vanilla extract;
- 3–4 Tbsp. crunchy cereal with cinnamon, apples, and almonds.
PREPARATION:
- De-stem the strawberries and cut them into medium pieces.
- Purée the quark, yoghurt, and vanilla extract with an immersion blender.
- Put the cereal in a bowl and add a few tablespoons of the quark cream and the chopped strawberries.
To make the layer bowl with baked strawberries, you will need:
- 200 g fresh strawberries;
- 1 Tbsp. honey;
- 1 Tbsp. organic vanilla extract;
- A few pieces of lemon peel;
- 3–4 Tbsp. crunchy cereal with cinnamon, apples, and almonds.
PREPARATION:
- De-stem the strawberries and cut them in half. Place them in a baking dish.
- Pour the honey and vanilla extract over the strawberries and add the lemon peel (you can also use lemon zest).
- Bake in the oven at 200 °C for 10–15 minutes.
- Put the cereal in a bowl, add a few tablespoons of the quark cream and the baked strawberries, and cover with the syrup left in the baking dish.
