To make the morning porridge, you will need:
- 150 g organic semi-fat quark;
- 1 banana;
- 2 Tbsp. frozen bilberries;
- 160 mL almond strawberry drink;
- Pinch of cinnamon;
- 2–3 Tbsp. granola with cinnamon, apples, and almonds;
- A few fresh mint leaves;
- 3–4 fresh raspberries.
PREPARATION:
- Mash the organic semi-fat quark in a plate and place the sliced banana and frozen bilberries next to it; add the almond strawberry drink and sprinkle with the cinnamon and the granola with cinnamon, apples, and almonds.
- Garnish the porridge with the fresh mint leaves and raspberries.
