Morning porridge or granola smoothie

To make the morning porridge, you will need:

  • 150 g organic semi-fat quark;
  • 1 banana;
  • 2 Tbsp. frozen bilberries;
  • 160 mL almond strawberry drink;
  • Pinch of cinnamon;
  • 2–3 Tbsp. granola with cinnamon, apples, and almonds;
  • A few fresh mint leaves;
  • 3–4 fresh raspberries.

PREPARATION:

  • Mash the organic semi-fat quark in a plate and place the sliced ​​banana and frozen bilberries next to it; add the almond strawberry drink and sprinkle with the cinnamon and the granola with cinnamon, apples, and almonds.
  • Garnish the porridge with the fresh mint leaves and raspberries.
