To make the beetroot cutlets, you will need:
- 2 small, boiled beetroots;
- 400 g red beans;
- 5–6 Tbsp. buckwheat flour;
- 1 red onion, diced;
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper;
- Salt;
- 2 tsp. dried oregano;
- 1 Tbsp. soaked pumpkin seeds;
- 1 Tbsp. molasses;
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar.
PREPARATION:
- Blend all the ingredients except the flour in a food processor or with an immersion blender.
- Stir in the flour.
- Heat the oil, form the cutlets, and fry. Serve with your favourite side dish and/or sauce.
