Nutritious beetroot cutlets

To make the beetroot cutlets, you will need:

  • 2 small, boiled beetroots;
  • 400 g red beans;
  • 5–6 Tbsp. buckwheat flour;
  • 1 red onion, diced;
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper;
  • Salt;
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano;
  • 1 Tbsp. soaked pumpkin seeds;
  • 1 Tbsp. molasses;
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar.

PREPARATION:

  • Blend all the ingredients except the flour in a food processor or with an immersion blender.
  • Stir in the flour.
  • Heat the oil, form the cutlets, and fry. Serve with your favourite side dish and/or sauce.
