To make the vegan biscuits, you will need:
- 5 Tbsp. fariinsuhkur;
- 4–5 cloves;
- Pinch of salt;
- 1/2 lemon;
- 50 g organic spreadable;
- 8 Tbsp. wheat flour;
- 1 c. espresso;
- 1 handful pecan nuts.
PREPARATION:
- In a bowl, add the fariinsuhkur, crushed cloves, a pinch of salt, grated lemon zest, organic spreadable, 5 tablespoons of flour, and espresso. Knead everything well with your hands. If it starts to stick to your hands, add more flour and continue kneading. Squeeze in the lemon juice and stir.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and shape the biscuits. Press the nuts into the biscuits.
- Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 15–20 minutes.
TIPS:
- You can substitute hazelnuts or almonds for the pecan nuts.
