On 30 May, the first and long-awaited event for professionals took place at the unique Gastro Studio in Kaunas. We are very grateful to all the Lithuanian distribution trade representatives who came to the event “Choose EU #vegetalfood #sustainability”.
At the event, the guests not only had the opportunity to learn new ideas or hear about the benefits of a plant-based diet, but also were offered to taste exclusive tea and puree cocktails and desserts prepared by a professional chef.
We were delighted that our first event attracted a lot of attention and received good feedback, so we decided to continue this series for professionals with the topic “The best TIME is NOW! #ChooseEU #organicfood #sustainability”. Our guests were employees of distribution companies and retail chains. We presented the quality requirements for food production in the European Union and the trends in plant-based nutrition and ecology. The main focus was put on ecology and organic foods. Our events have been attended by more than 100 representatives of the trade sector from Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai and Panevėžys regions.

On 30 October, as the festive Christmas period was approaching, a new series of events focused on the Horeca sector started. During the events, we introduced plant-based products to Lithuanian and Latvian chefs and encouraged them to expand the offer of plant-based dishes to their customers. Throughout the evening, professional chefs surprised the guests with irresistible dishes and unique drinks.
