Green salad with spicy lentils

To make the green salad with spicy lentils, you will need:

  • 200 g cooked lentils;
  • 1 Tbsp. oil (for sautéing);
  • 1 Tbsp. garam masala;
  • 3 Tbsp. lime juice;
  • 80 g cherry tomatoes;
  • 1/2 medium red onion;
  • 100 g mixed salad;
  • 160 g tuna in olive oil;
  • 50 mL orange juice;
  • 50 mL olive oil;
  • Pinch of salt;
  • Pinch of black pepper;
  • Pinch of chili flakes;
  • Pinch of ground coriander seeds;
  • Pinch of ground ginger.

PREPARATION:

  • Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the cooked lentils for about 7 minutes. Season with the garam masala and 1 tablespoon of lime juice.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the red onion.
  • Wash the salad and arrange it on a plate with the lentils next to it. Top with the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and tuna in olive oil.
  • Mix the orange juice with the olive oil, remaining lime juice, and spices.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve.
