To make the green salad with spicy lentils, you will need:
- 200 g cooked lentils;
- 1 Tbsp. oil (for sautéing);
- 1 Tbsp. garam masala;
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice;
- 80 g cherry tomatoes;
- 1/2 medium red onion;
- 100 g mixed salad;
- 160 g tuna in olive oil;
- 50 mL orange juice;
- 50 mL olive oil;
- Pinch of salt;
- Pinch of black pepper;
- Pinch of chili flakes;
- Pinch of ground coriander seeds;
- Pinch of ground ginger.
PREPARATION:
- Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the cooked lentils for about 7 minutes. Season with the garam masala and 1 tablespoon of lime juice.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the red onion.
- Wash the salad and arrange it on a plate with the lentils next to it. Top with the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and tuna in olive oil.
- Mix the orange juice with the olive oil, remaining lime juice, and spices.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve.
